Christy Ashworth is a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer with a passion for wellness. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she has gained an appreciation for the intricacies of the human body and how its systems work together. In 2018, Christy became a Level I & II Usui Tibetan Reiki Practitioner, and in 2019, she obtained certification as a Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She enrolled in Massage Therapy School in 2019 at Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, TN, where she trained in Swedish-Esalen Massage, Kinesiology, Neuromuscular-Somatic Release, Acupressure, and Lymphatic Drainage. Christy's integrative massage therapy style combines techniques from multiple modalities to create a customized therapy session that addresses each client's unique needs.
